Expatriate Coaching
"Changing cultures takes more than just
packing a bag."
Expatriate coaching supports you in consciously shaping your role in a global context, reflectively mastering cultural transitions and sustainably developing your leadership personality.
Space ...
An assignment abroad is much more than a change of location – it challenges, broadens horizons, and requires a keen sense of new cultures, contexts, and relationships. Managers operating in an international environment are often under particular pressure: They are expected to make a rapid impact, lead confidently, and simultaneously find their place in a new environment.

... for design
Whether before the assignment, during the assignment, or upon re-entry, our coaching creates space for your issues: professional and personal. We examine your leadership dynamics in an intercultural environment, strengthen your self-efficacy, and work on clear communication, resilience, and orientation in change processes.
So that you don’t just arrive, but also shape things.
I know what it's like to start from scratch and will accompany you on your journey.

Kirsten Tschereda
Coach & Business Psychologist (M.Sc.)
Moin and G’day!
My name is Kirsten Tschereda – I’m a systemic coach and business psychologist (M.Sc.) with roots in Hamburg and a new home base in Sydney.

My passion lies in Positive Psychology and its application in everyday work and leadership – because real change happens where people feel valued, motivated, and supported.
With a solid scientific foundation, a broad range of methods, and genuine enthusiasm for what I do, I support organizations, leaders, and teams on their journey toward greater effectiveness, engagement, and personal growth.

My goal: To make potential visible, foster development, and help shape a work environment where people can truly thrive and unfold their full potential.

As a former managing partner of a consultancy for organizational development, I bring cross-industry experience in strategic consulting, guiding change processes, and coaching leaders and teams.

Drawing on this expertise, I founded Reda Coaching and Consulting – with the mission to design change that is systemically grounded, practical, and people-centered.

And why Sydney?
The move to Australia was more than just a change of location – it marked a profound personal transformation, with all the challenges, opportunities, and possibilities for growth that life abroad brings.
This experience has sharpened my perspective on change and deepened my interest in a particular coaching focus: Expatriate Coaching.

Expatriate Coaching:
From personal experience, I know how enriching – and at the same time challenging – it can be to find your footing in a new cultural, professional, and social environment. That’s exactly where my coaching comes in: I support professionals, executives, and their families in consciously navigating this transition, gaining inner stability, and fully unlocking their personal and professional potential – even while abroad.
Whether before an international assignment, during the stay abroad, or upon return – my expat coaching provides space for reflection, orientation, and sustainable development during what is often a highly dynamic phase of life.
